Research shows that the skin is at it's most Active Repair Phase between 10 pm and 4 am, so be sure to get your beauty sleep! You can help the recovery process and maximise your skin's ability to repair with a few simple steps...

Step 1. Cleanse
Never go to bed without cleansing the skin, always remember to wash away the daily grime with a foaming cleanser, gel or lotion.

Step 2. Tone
Toning the skin is an important step in your skin care routine that is often overlooked, toning removes any leftover cleanser, it balances & refines the skin whilst increasing the skin's ability to absorb further products such as moisturisers, treatments & serums.

Step 3. Moisturise
Time to hydrate & heal! Look for products that are rich in natural oils, vitamins and antioxidants to maximise skin regeneration.  Always use a good natural night cream to restore daily damage, improve skin elasticity, minimise wrinkles and improve your overall appearance.

Step 2. Treatment

Whilst treating the skin is an additional step, it will benefit greatly from regular treatments that work to balance, hydrate, heal & refine the skins appearance. Applying a serum under your moisturiser at night works to maximise results when the body is in repair mode, providing essential daily nutrients directly to the skin. Using a weekly treatment such as organic clay masks will also greatly improve overall skin health.
