A clear complexion can be yours with a little patience, regular treatment and some inexpensive natural alternatives, you can banish acne scarring for good.

The Remedy - Lemon and Cucumber Juice, Vitamin E Oil and exfoliating.

We have all squeezed lemon juice on our hair during summer to get those natural blond highlights, and guess what? Lemon's gentle bleaching action works on skin, too. It is easy and inexpensive, just soak a cotton bud with freshly squeezed lemon juice and dab over acne scars, leave on for fifteen minutes before rinsing with water. Do this morning and night and you will soon get results, acne scarring becomes lighter and lighter with every treatment, becoming almost invisible after several months. Lemon juice is highly acid and can sting and dehydrate the skin, so it is important to only treat acne scarring and not unaffected, healthy skin.

Cucumbers are another natural alternative to lightening acne scars, and unlike lemon juice it is not acid so you can leave it on your skin almost indefinitely. Just squeeze a handful of diced cucumber and collect the juice, soak a cotton bud with the freshly squeezed cucumber juice and wipe over the entire face. Leave the juice to dry, ideally leave it on overnight and in the morning you will wake with soft, supple, glowing skin! And best of all, over several months of nightly treatment your acne scars will fade.

While Vitamin E is not a bleaching agent it works to repair damaged tissue and is highly regarded for it's ability to heal burns. Pure Vitamin E oil can actually burn delicate skin, so if you already own a bottle of the pure stuff just mix equal parts with Aloe Vera gel or another base cream. Vitamin E is especially effective on the most severe acne scars that are large, deep and/or raised in texture. To treat scars, apply a drop to a clean fingertip and wipe over all scars on your face, do this 2-3 times a day and you should see results within a month.

Last of all, but most importantly. You need to exfoliate your skin at least twice a week, this sloughs away dead skin cells to reveal a brighter, clearer complexion, it also helps to encourage new skin cells to grow in their place. Both of which are vital to eliminating damaged acne scar tissue for good.
