Did you know that many mainstream cosmetic companies still test their products on animals? This is cruel and unnecessary, there are many ways to test cosmetics and other products without harming animals. Amina Cosmetics are Certified Cruelty Free and Vegan (containing no animal ingredients) by CCF and PETA world leading animal rights certifying bodies. Maybe it's time you face the music and had a good old look in your beauty bag... See any products not approved and listed on the PPL - Preferred Products List? Well, it is most likely that you are directly funding cruelty to animals (sorry, but it's true). Intentional or not, now that you know about CCF and the PPL (Preferred Products List) there is no excuse to purchase products from companies that test on animals or use animal ingredients to formulate their products. Even buying brushes made from animal hair does harm the animal as the conditions they live in are not ideal, in fact many are in pain and left without the basics of food and clean drinking water, and when it comes time to harvest their hair this can be a cruel and painful process. BUT, never fear you can do something to help... Please use the PPL as a guide to purchase only products that are Certified Cruelty Free and choose Vegan products where possible.
